Navigating the Monkey Bars

I've learned something about myself the past few months: I write best when I'm happy. It took me a while to start writing again after the miscarriage. Then Dad had his stroke. I fell across the monkey bars of life for a while, but now I'm back swinging! Thanks so much to my friends who gave me a gentle prod to start writing again.

Speaking of monkey bars, Lizzy just learned how to swing across them, and she has been showing everyone! Take a look:

AHHH Amy - I am so glad you are back !!!! I missed you - I kept checking and hanging in there - Sorry for all the rough times lately, but remember those are the program of our Wonderful Lord for making us stronger! I am sure the kids all grew 2 inches each while you were on break and I will be eager to hear all about Life at the Cooks again! Love you whole bunches - and guess what - I haven't ever stopped praying for all of your family! Osmond friends are the greatest! Give all the kids my love and tell my Jenny it is almost Ice Cream time - and this time Grandpa will be able to be there!!

To quote Hello dolly let me just say Amy it is so nice to have you back where you belong!!We have missed you.Glad you are writing again. As for monkey bars.. lets just say I still get a headache when I think of the time I learned to navigate them.Lizzy is definitely more proficient at them than I was at her age! Of course that wouldn't be a difficult feat.I ended up with a concussion!LOL Great Job Lizzy1
