The Cooks: Wearing the Christmas treats

Tonight, for family night, we delivered Peppermint Jo-Jo's to neighbors for Christmas. First of all, if you haven't had Candy Cane Jo-Jo's, you are missing out on one of the best things in life! Jake, Maia, Lizzy, and Jenny had a great time delivering gifts to neighbors. Hailey was a little bored, so we gave her chocolate-covered marshmallows to keep her happy. She certainly was!

Biography

Amy Osmond Cook, Ph.D., teaches communication, interdisciplinary, and technical writing courses. Some of her research interests include organizational identification, organizational theory, negotiation, organizational rhetoric, technical writing, and visual rhetoric.

Amy has been featured in print publications such as People Magazine and USA Today and on television programs such as Good Morning America. She is the author and/or editor of several books, such as Organizational Identification in Polygamy (2011), Full Bloom: Cultivating Success (2011), and Hope After Divorce (2011; Forthcoming).

A studio and solo violinist, Amy released her debut album, Nativity (a collection of traditional Christmas songs performed on the violin and harp), in 2004. She also performed for several years with the Osmond Brothers. Amy was also the national winner and spokesperson of America’s Junior Miss Scholarship Program in 1994. She is married to Jeff Cook and is the proud mother of five beautiful children.
