Tonight, as I was putting Lizzy and Jenny down to bed . . .
Jenny: "Mommy, you are the mommy I always wanted. You are the sweetest mommy. You are the boss of me!"
I about cried, it was so sweet.
Lizzy: "You just stepped on my imaginary friend!"

Totally funny, Amy, to have read your Orange County Register article just moments before I read this blog post!! Through thick and thin, parenting is simply the most wonderfully blessed experience. We're so much better once our kids get finished raising us!! ;-) Hugs, Pat
